Energy is what powers our heat, lights, televisions, and even these computers! Solar energy is powered by the sun's heat. Normal energy is made with coal. Without energy, we probably wouldn't survive!
Energy can be caused by...... Lets say you were playing with a toy car on a toy race track. If your track is flat it wont go very far if you give it a push. But if your race track was elevated, and you gave it a push, it would go much farther. A energy could be you kicking a ball, or running.
Energy is a force we use every single day! Have you ever felt wound up and wanted to play all day? Well then you have lots of energy in you think of it that way. If you wanted to charge your iPad you are putting energy in your iPad so it can work. That's about all I have to say.
